This model is suitable for providing advisory services for specific constraint or pain point faced by organizations with respect to manufacturing, strategic decision making, productivity or any operational related issues. The duration is generally on or two days. This service can also be availed to get improvement ideas in operations like improving on time delivery, reducing throughput time, improving OEE, optimising, reducing cost of production and so on. This model is only advisory in nature.
This model is appropriate for addressing the root cause of any long-term operational issue. It is also suitable for creating or modifying and implementing required system and handover the system to the customer in order to take it forward to prevent future issues. The period for such assignments are 2 to 3 months. This engagement is best suited for specific short-term projects. Such engagements calls for site visits and regular reviews on site or off site. Reasonable amount of collaboration from the customer side is required for effective implementation of the changes required.
This is a strategic long-term engagement model. Generally for one to two years. This is most suitable when an organization needs transformation from a legacy system to an agile system of business management. Here all the functions of the business management undergo evaluation, analysis and improvements are suggested. Along with the customers’ support, necessary changes and regular reviews will be initiated until the new agile system is in place and is functional. After the implementation phase, the customer takes over the complete charge of the new system for sustenance.
